What Does “Trade” Only Mean?

We sell to lots of casual traders and people who have not set up formal businesses: this is not a problem as long as the goods are intended to be for business or trade purposes and not for private use. As a trade customer you do not have the same rights as a consumer customer does. This could affect you if you wanted to return goods for example see T&C’s

How to Order

To order from our website you need to create an account with us first by clicking here.

Once you have set up your account, you should be able to place your order straight away. You will need to be logged in to submit an order. If you have just set your account up, you will be logged in automatically. If you are a returning customer, you may need to log back in. Your username is the email address you gave when you registered with us.

Our minimum order value is £100 + VAT and P&P. You will not be able to submit an order until you have over £100 worth of goods in your basket. Once you have exceeded the minimum spend, an option to proceed to checkout will appear at the bottom of the page.

If you have any problems, please contact us on 0161 834 6608 or by email and we will help you to place your order.

Our Minimum order values are as follows:

• UK £100.00
• EU Countries outside UK £250.00*
• Other Countries £500.00*

We reserve the right to change the minimum order values without notice
